I began my professional journey as a Secretary at Adolfo Olivan Marketing, where I handled a wide range of responsibilities, such as invoicing, cashiering, inventory counts and reconciliation and various administrative tasks. My role required me to be highly adaptable and excel in multitasking. Over time, I was entrusted with a more specialized role as an Auditor and managing AR while pursuing my college education during night shifts. I am proud to say that my dedication and contributions played a part in the company’s growth, leading to business expansion and the opening of new branches and affiliates. Recognizing my efforts, I was promoted to Supervisor and transferred to a Gas Station, one of their new opened businesses. A position I held for 3 years which honed my leadership skills.

In my second role, I joined as an Accounting Clerk at Prime Seller Marketing and was quickly promoted to Admin Head within a year. As Admin Head, I took on key responsibilities such as managing cash flow, payroll, accounts payable (AP), inventory, and audits. This role allowed me to sharpen my critical thinking, attention to detail, time management, leadership, and bookkeeping skills. I consistently provided the company owner with monthly financial reports, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. After five years in this role, I embraced a new opportunity closer to home, which was just a 10-minute commute from my residence.

I then joined my third company which is Seaoil Philippines as an Inventory Management Clerk, where I further honed my typing and organizational skills. Within just eight months, I was promoted to Operations Officer, and my performance earned me recognition as a top-performing employee. I was consistently a candidate for the Top 20 Employees at my branch every year and was honored as one of the Top 20 Employees nationwide. My dedication and achievements led to another promotion as Operations Supervisor.

Throughout my career, I have developed and demonstrated strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to accountability, integrity, and customer-centric values.
