I've had a lot of BPO experience; being in a back office doing administrative work (account management, data entry, etc.), as an email representative for an e-commerce company, for a security company doing check-ups to security personnel. I was able to work at home as well; worked in a cleaning company (appointment setter, scheduling, account management, etc.). I also did email/chat support for a cleaning product. Handled accounts for a booster agency. And I'm willing to learn more as I progress in life.
As a person, I am very fluent with getting to know how the job works and has a heightened curiosity.
And as an employee, I serve with my best intentions forward, and in making sure that the trust of my employer will be much respected.
