In my recent job as Retailer Success Assistant, I was the direct contact of all retailers seeking answers to their inquiries. I am also doing reports, analyzing data's, solutions and plans which will be presented to the team. Since I worked under logistics company, I must know the causes of delays, lost of the parcels and report it to the retailer by email, calls or chats.

Also, I've been with BPO companies for almost 5 years wherein I handled voice and non-voice account. For the past years I've learn how to become responsible of my calls and handle it with correct/quality process. I make sure that I provide correct information to the customer, process their request according to the process and as well as resolving their issues. I also become one of the subject matter expert wherein I provide support to every agents for their knowledge basis as well as taking over calls for customers looking for a support calls. For non-voice account, I've been working with back office department. I provide support through chat and emails sometimes I do calls if really urgent to make some updates to the customers.

Aside from that, I also joined sales industry wherein cold calling is what I do. I am calling out those leads, prospects and setting up appointments for business presentation. Being in this industry needs to have a lot of effort, determination and focus in resulting to closed won.

As an VA/E-commerce support specialist worked with Shopify, Magento and Big-commerce, I make sure that I provide correct data information to the client needs and assistance. I make sure to comply with all the task includes searching for competitors, tech-up partner and prospects put in a data then connect into HubSpot. I used different extensions for checking every website like checking their integrations, tech-up partners and overall website rank. Most of the time I do admin task for data management entries. I also sent out email marketing, connect to their linked in to see if we can work with them.

Just to add up, during my secondary years we also took some vocational courses wherein I mastered Bookkeeping, Accounting and basic auto-cad.
