Prior experience:

• Worked in the cross-border indirect tax industry as a business developer primarily in the North American and European markets, working with high-value institutional and private clients, including but not limited to wealth managers, private banks, family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, pension plans, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Primarily collaborated with ExCo, the C-Suite, and senior management to streamline withholding-tax recovery processes, automate recovery processes for private clients, and reduce the administrative burden of filing cross-border withholding-tax reclaims on a large scale.

Currently:

• Working as a key account manager, with emphasis on clients in the paint, construction, and cosmetics industries in the East African market.

• Managing the supply of key ingredients for manufacturing clients, such as cellulose ethers (MHEC, HPMC, and HEC), hydrocarbon resins, pigments (TiO2, iron oxide), and many others for the paint and construction sectors, as well as SLES 70%, Pine Oil, Glycerin 99.7% USP, D-Panthenol, and others for the cosmetics sector.
