In the past 10 years, I've worked in content teams in corporate, publishing and e-commerce firms in manager as well as individual contributor roles. I have worked on every form of content, from books to magazines, pitch decks, training modules, social media posts, blog posts, UI content, flyers and more.
The 6 years I spent at the largest publisher in the world, Penguin Random House India, taught me key aspects of account management, content development of bestselling books, and how to work closely with marketing teams to promote authors.
I applied this knowledge to work on several content-centric projects at Blinkit, using my content strategy skills to meet project objectives such as increasing traffic to product pages, reducing cost by making training modules shorter and more effective, and producing a podcast to increase social media engagement.
