I am a freelancer, with experienced of customer service . I have been working as a technical support for 2 years, with advanced knowledge for customer handling, phone skills, and administrative task. A few months after I have to let go of my job, I gained a certification for Virtual Assistant Course of Filipino Virtual Assistant by Julmar Locsin, in which we are trained for social media management, SEO management, transcription and many more mostly for virtual assistant services. More so, I also have a year of experienced as a Human resource assistant in food processing company with over 500 employees, where I used to handle documentation, payroll computation, and employees data's.

I would also like to humbly indicate that all my working experiences I gained an awards for my performance as an employee that I am very proud of.

With this experiences, I am confident that I have enough gear to venture a virtual assistant career, that will surely provide quality service and excellence to my employer even without a physical supervision.
