Excellent inter-personal, phone and digital communication skills. 6 years experienced in Outbound Telemarketing for US Merchant Accounts, Appointment setter in an Insurance Company.

Since 2010, I worked as a Telemarketer for Merchant Services and because of my perseverance and hard work, I was then assigned by my employer to be the supervisor of my team which started with 3 agents and as the company grows, I have 11 agents now. Last year, I stopped working as a telemarketer and focused as a supervisor because I had to attend and monitor my agents. November last year, I was informed by my employer that only 3 of my agents will continue working and the rest would need to stop for the meantime. Right then, I decided to seek for another job opportunity and last week of December I was hired by a company as part time appointment setter in an insurance company.
