Hi, my name is Rosel Lee. I started my journey with Hogan Smith Law as one of the very first intake specialists, and through hard work and consistency, I was promoted to become a team leader. In this role, I learned how to manage cases with accuracy, guide a team, and make sure every client feels supported from the very beginning of their process.
Before working in the legal field, I spent seven years as an ESL teacher. That experience had a big impact on how I approach intake because it strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way. These skills have helped me build trust with clients, especially those who are anxious or overwhelmed.
I also worked as an appointment setter for a website development company, where I developed strong organizational and client communication skills. This role taught me how to manage schedules effectively, handle client inquiries with professionalism, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the team.
