I have 9 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at a large BPO center in the Philippines and served as a Trainer for 8 years. I can provide e-mail support, create Google documents and Microsoft Office files, and do data entry. I will do everything I can to delight your customers. I had previous experience as a medical transcriptionist wherein my degrees in Physical Therapy and Nursing helped me a lot. I also had a 1-year work experience as an online SEO writer.
