After my experience with Teleperformance, I got an offer with another BPO company which is Alorica, there I was able to experience how to work alone with no team. I handled the compliance department alone, doing background checks in North America and Canada, I was also able to handle different HR tasks like sourcing, interviewing and job offer. Then the next one was at Allegis Global Solutions, I was a Recruitment Coordinator at HSBC were I also handled their US Recruitment.
