My career began in general administration and client support, which provided a strong foundation in stakeholder communication, documentation, and process management. As I transitioned into Salesforce administration and consultancy, I developed deep technical expertise in CRM configuration, workflow automation, data migration, reporting, and user training and management.

Throughout my journey, I have led large-scale implementations, optimized business processes, and translated complex technical requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions—consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

In addition, I am proficient with project and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Jira, which have been instrumental in managing workflows, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with efficiency and transparency.
