I have over five years of experience in administration and project management including coordinating, training, organizing and implementing projects. I have successfully implemented projects which involved the application of innovative solutions to achieve sustainable development in nongovernmental organizations. Monitored and evaluated the expenditure of an organization for four years and prepared budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements. Tracked project costs in order to meet budget. I currently work with a lessor as an assistant property manager I arrange maintenance and repairs and manage budgets and accounts. I also process bills and payments for the properties.
