Hi, I'm Roan! I began my customer service journey as a call center agent in 2017 for a Health Supplement company based in New York and was promoted to a Team Lead position on my second year with the company. I moved on to an RPO company where I sourced candidates and conducted interviews to fill in several positions for a financing firm. I decided to leave my post and start my freelancing journey where I began working as a Customer Success Representative for a Solar Company based in South Australia where my tasks is not limited to email management, handling inbound/outbound calls, customer assistance from proposal to post installation and e-commerce.
My determination to be a successful freelancer encouraged me to explore different opportunities and platform to broaden my knowledge. I am looking forward working with a great client where we can water each other's plants.
