I've worked in a Different BPO Company servicing US Clients. I started out with an outbound campaign (Telesales), and eventually shifted to inbound and email support. My longest stay was 15 years in a US based financial Company/Mortgage Company. I have excellent phone skills and email skills. 

With my 15 years of working with a mortgage company as a customer service support both for email and phone, I have demonstrated my ability to perform tasks assigned to me with independence and integrity by being familiar with the tasks and exceeded them with minimum supervision. I always give significance with my work by showing high levels of passion and enthusiasm.

I have an in-home office setup with excellent and stable internet connection.
