I have over 5 years of Customer Service (including online, over the phone, and in-person). This includes email and phone services. I've been taking Spanish Calls for 3-years and we are dealing with our customers every day and doing order entry and checking the status of the order and updating the account of the customer. I’ve been a mortgage virtual assistant for almost 2 years and I serve as the primary

contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned loan

originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items, I Coordinate

and prepare the documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as

loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application

paperwork, I Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies,

omissions and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan

originator, I Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on

transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service and Screen

and make calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support as needed.

I am a quick learner and am able to think outside of the box in order to solve issues. I spend most of my free time volunteering. I am assertive and willing to take the lead but also an excellent Team player. I have the charisma that can brighten anyone's day and I strongly believe in serving a Customer with great efficiency. I take pride in the ability, loyalty, integrity, and grit that I give to my work.

I am Proficient and knowledgeable in most computer programs like Microsoft Office Programs, efficient Customer Service and Relation, Good in Telephone Reception, and highly trainable, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision, and can adapt easily to any environment. I do speak Spanish and English. I am always following the rules and regulations of the company.
