I've been in the customer service industry since 2011. I've been with multiple accounts ranging from Technical Support, Sales and Customer Service. I have a good amount of experience in voice and non-voice accounts. The most recent company that I've been is Uber. We cater to both riders and drivers, we handle sensitive cases in this account as well so attention to details, proper responses, and a good decision making skills are just one of the things that I am well experienced with. I have also been awarded as a top performer for having the highest customer satisfaction rating for 9 straight months as a technical support representative.
I am always accustomed in working with peers or as a group, setting team goals and hitting the target metrics as early as possible. Though I always work in a group, I never forget to reach my own goals as well. I can work tirelessly on a given project to ensure a good outcome.
