I have worked in the BPO Industry for 15 years. And with that journey I am equipped with the necessary technical skills for different types of work. From cold calling to inbound customer service, handling complex billing, sales, technical support to managerial calls and chat I have that all.

Most of these experience is coming from American clients such as IT companies, Telecommunications, Airlines Industry and Internet Service Providers.

I have an experience on being an SME for a Telco account and I was responsible for the facilitation of discussions of the day’s event. We do pre and post huddles and answer questions.

I have experience in doing Validation Interviews. This is done right after the final interview to determine if an agent can be profiled in our program. I did this face to face and over the phone. After gathering information, I would then submit my recommendation to Talent Acquisition whether the agent is in or not in the program.

I do coaching since I was a Team Leader for the longest time. I do data analytics of the team scores weekly and monthly and translate that data into a much better performance the next month. I can multitask since that’s part of the job description; we do daily monitoring of chat/calls. We also do conference calls with clients. We use Microsoft Excel on the reports and analytics and Microsoft tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook on our day to day work for us to be able to have a concrete data for our clients. Being a Team Leader allowed me to interact with different personalities that enabled me to learn more about myself and how to adapt in any situation.

I have experience in outbound sales where we call customers for donations. I have also made some Australian campaigns about real estate. I also did an inbound outbound order processing for a UK online TV shop. I also had the chance to be a customer service agent for an American Airline company where we do bookings and reservations and customer service.

I love to do photo and video editing on my mobile phone in my spare time and upload it on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am a work in progress for my passion for photo and video editing with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom together with Adobe Premiere and Audition.

I also maintain a blog for my travel collection. It is like my own online diary of the different experiences I have had in those travels and sharing it with the world. I am learning now how to write with SEO Content.

I also maintain a YouTube channel for the finished videos I have Edited.
