My name is Ronalyn David and I am currently working as Workforce Management Advisor for an Australian Company. My main duties are through engagement of contractors of my assigned client, onboarding new starters, extensions, revisions of contract and disengagement via CRM - Salesforce as well as SAP Successfactors. I handle more than 200+ contractors.
As I have experience working in a Recruitment Outsourcing company, I also have more than ten years of professional experience in Customer Service specifically in the Health care and Banking industry. In Health care I used to work in the claims department, answering phone calls and doing back-office tasks for healthcare providers in the U.S. specifically in the Central region. After working there for almost 6 years, I switched to the financial industry. I worked as Customer Service for Credit card, Savings and Collections for a U.S bank. I am proficient in different apps such as Salesforce, People Central (SAP), Outlook, MS Office, Canva, and Zoom.
