I've been a call center agent for 11 years and serviced different American companies like Wachovia, Sprint, Dun & Bradstreet, etc. I became a Phone survey Representative with ICT and done calls for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. back in 2005. I worked for APAC Customer Services doing calls for Unicare, a medical insurance company, as a customer service representative which catered to health providers and policy owners to check if they are covered by their insurance. I also have a background in doing marketing or sales over the phone when I worked for E-telecare Global Solutions Inc., as an Inbound/Outbound Sales Rep for Sprint/Nextel. I sold numerous cellphones with the line of service to customers of Sprint. I also worked for Genpact-Wachovia as a Phone Banker and helped thousands of customers in their banking transactions. The most recent call center job that I've had is being a Voice Service Associate for AMDATEX doing calls for First American Title Insurance. I verified clients if they have insurance policies for their property and also I've done check verification on client's payments. Nowadays, I'm currrently educating clients about income protection thru Manulife Philippines. I can adjust my working hours to the required time that my client will ask . I am also well disciplined and is willing to learn more of procedures that my clients will provide me and I want a long term, stable job where I can help my clients.
