With over six years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed a solid foundation in providing high-quality assistance through chat, phone, and email support.

My career started in technical support, where I worked with reputable companies such as Dell and HP Instant Ink, assisting customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, and technical concerns. Through this experience, I developed excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

Over the years, I have expanded my skills beyond technical support. I served as a Content Moderator for a social media platform, ensuring community guidelines and safety standards were maintained. This role honed my attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to make quick, fair decisions.
