Been a call center agent for quite some time handling chat and voice calls for a big retail store in the US, also was a healthcare representative where I am most comfortable of being a Registered nurse. I am a team player and is mostly self-taught. Hopefully to land a full-time stable job that would not compromise my role as a mother and provide an outstanding result to my employer in return.
