I've been with the company I'm working now for about 3 years. First 6 months I was a customer service representative who takes care of clients problem and resolve it. After 6 months of taking phone calls I got promoted as a Team Lead because of my performance and great work ethics. Supervising agents was fun because their success is also my success. I'm proud to say I inspired them become a better person and employee. Now I am a recruitment officer. I want to see people get a job at the same time give them an opportunity to succeed by sharing my motivation towards work. I can be the best of what I do because I am a motivated and determined person. I will do what it takes to reach my goal.
