I'm new on being a Virtual Assistant and most of my experience was being a call center agent. I'm an achiever on this field and have attained much as a customer service representative. I have been cross trained to handle different accounts and can handle calls, email and chat support. I'm an expert on microsoft office and google docs which I have been able to utilize on my days as a virtual assistant.
Though my experience was under the environment of an office based company I was able to hone my skills and acquire new ones by self study and research. I have attained efficiency on administrative task, improve my email handling skills and added some web based tools needed to do my task accurately and with high quality. I have mastered gathering and entering data on MLS and other real estate listing site. An expert on using a property management tool called Appfolio. And was able to apply my skill to prospects and tenants on communicating and appointment setting.
I'm well focused on my task and detail oreinted, willing to learn new things and like to exceed expectations.
