I have experience working remotely for a fintech company based in San Francisco, handling all their deployments globally.

I am primarily in-charge of all activities post sales, from deployment to partnership management, operations and customer success. I work cross functionally with different function groups within the organization not just to resolve and prevent customer issues, but also to improve processes and the product itself.

I have worked with partners all over the globe, working directly with the partners and our internal team who works regionally (SF, Singapore and Brazil). I work with different groups from Engineer, Finance, Product, Data Science. I am flexible and adaptable adjust to the needs of the situation.
