I am tech savvy and I graduated from College with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of the East, Philippines. I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 7 years as technical support professional. I supported customers on issues with internet connection, email set-up, installation of application software and different types of operating systems, virus removal, computer assembly and computer repair. I am also knowledgeable in basic configuration of windows active directory, DHCP and DNS server.

In addition, I have an excellent communication and customer service skill. I am also a punctual, diligent and patient individual who has the ability of doing multitasking under pressure. I am also the type of person who value time and integrity.
