Seasoned Marketing executive with a broad experience in all aspects of marketing in different FMCG and OTC categories across Central and Eastern Europe. During my 17 year career, I grew to Marketing Director working for multinational corporations like P&G, Reckitt Benckiser or GSK in Ukraine, Russia and Poland. As an Area Marketing Manager at GSK, I was responsible for the business of several categories across 30 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. I had successful projects at all stages of brand development and product cycles from concept creation to product development to launch and on-going brand management. I worked with various media - TV, Radio, Print, OOH and Digital. As a manager, I was responsible for teams of up to 8 direct and 100 indirect reports.
