Hello! I'm Rollah Mae, a results-driven professional with over 8 years of experience in customer service, technical support, and team leadership in the BPO industry. I specialize in managing high-performing teams, handling client communications, and delivering consistent, high-quality service — all while staying organized, calm, and focused even under pressure.

Most recently, I worked as a Team Lead at Concentrix, where I was responsible for overseeing daily team operations, coaching agents to improve their customer interactions, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with both client requirements and company policies. Through this role, I developed a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how to motivate people and meet performance targets.

Now, I'm transitioning into the Virtual Assistant and remote support space. I’ve trained in key VA tasks such as inbox and calendar management, online research. data entry and task coordination. I’m also exploring opportunities in cold calling and appointment setting — a growing area where I can apply my phone handling skills and persuasive communication techniques.

I’m highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace. I’m also quick to learn new software and systems and can adapt to different workflows with minimal supervision.
