Hi, my name is Roleisha, I am 24 years old. I enjoy doing sales I believe it is the backbone of any successful business. It allows me to interact with people, understand their needs, and provide solutions. I am motivated by the challenge of meeting targets and building relationships with customers. Sales also offers a dynamic and rewarding career path that I'm eager to pursue. I work well in fast paced environments and thrive off excellence, also under pressure. I had been employed as a customer service representative/ bank teller for 1 year and 5 months at The National Peoples Bank where I mostly provide clients with their financial information, assisted clients in creating new accounts or selling bank products such as insurance or partner plans. I then moved on over to doing sales for 3 years at a retail clothing boutique as my very first sales job. I assisted customers in choosing items and persuaded them to make purchases based on their requests. For another 6 months I spent my time as a reservation agent at Concentrix BPO where I mainly assisted clients in either booking, rescheduling or cancelling a reservation. Very excited in the sales field I got a job offering to do sales at RTO which I enjoyed helping clients and being able to achieve both financial and non-financial goals. During these periods I have come across a lot of CRM Tools, I have associated myself with communication platforms and learnt how to excel using namely, Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Twilio, Salesforce, B2B Skills, Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, Sykpe and many others. I have made myself familiar with the sales and customer service industry and as such I do look forward to working with wonderful professionals.
