I have 13 years of coaching and management experience, as well as 23 years of leadership experience in the Human Resources and Administrative fields through my military service and corporate work history with a focus on recruitment, talent management, leadership development, medical readiness.

On my free time, I provide military transition coaching to women veterans in their transition from the military into entrepreneurship. There are so many women veterans who still have an abundance of knowledge and talent to offer, but need accommodations. I help them create their own businesses via coaching, mentorship, and workshops.
