I moved on to Plamtex d.o.o. as a project manager, where I was responsible for overseeing the production of injection molding tools. In this role, I coordinated various departments, including CAD, CAM, purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget. I also negotiated with over 100 suppliers to secure the best prices and timely deliveries, further honing my skills in supply chain management and operations coordination.
In 2018, I took on the role of restaurant manager at Gostišče Marjola, a family business, while my mother recovered from surgery.
