I hold a Diploma in Hotel Management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with additional certifications in front office operations and security (SIRA – Dubai).

Having worked in fast-paced environments like hospitality, administration, and guest service, I have developed strong skills in communication, data entry, organization, and client handling. I am highly comfortable using digital tools and working independently, which makes me well-suited for remote or WFH positions.
