Rodolfo Kris Z. Endaya

Hi !  My name is Rodolfo Kris Z. Endaya but you can call me Kris. I’m looking for a long term company that I can work with. I have been working in a call center industry for 10 years. I started as an agent  and  ended up my career with my last company as a Nesting Coach. I helped clients resolve their concerns and make sure that I provide the best service that they would always remember. As a nesting coach, I am the people's person. I am easy to deal with and I teach ways on how to deal with their clients regardless if it's complicated or not. Working in the industry for a long time has truly enhanced my skills. I am fluent in both written and spoken English. I hate to stop learning, so I enrolled in a Virtual Academy to learn more about General Virtual Assistant, ADOBE photoshop and Graphic Designing. It’s a 3-day training per skill. Now that I am certified, I wanted to put it in application.
