I’ve been in the BPO industry for 15+ years and I specialized in helping the company in identifying the risk areas and recommending action plans in order to avoid/eliminate/mitigate the risk that may threaten corporate assets, affect the business and areas of Operations. Likewise, I have 10 years of experience in the Service Quality Management System while providing root cause analysis and improvement plans.

Over the years, I have built up lots of skills and qualities I believe will be beneficial to your organization. I am a very strong team player and I understand that in order to achieve difficult projects and tasks, you must work with other people and must bring their skills and their experience.

I am also very good at working under pressure and I actually prefer to be in situations where the pressure is on because I believe this is where I am at my best. I am very good at building up relationships with clients and co-workers and I feel this will benefit any organization from a commercial perspective.

I also have a deep background in Amazon. I do Product Research, Listing Optimization, Supplier Sourcing, and PPC strategies.
