My experience is mostly about customer service and technical support since I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 7 years now. I have worked for a telecommunications company as a customer service at first then transferred to technical support. I also worked for a health insurance company as a medical health associate where we process and gather information of patients that will go through medical opertaions. I am currently working for Google as a customer service support. I am very willing to learn new things and I can work with less supervision. During my stint with the bpo industry I have been promoted as a subject matter expert and been assigned as a team captain as well. I always aim for progress, to learn new skills as well as developing my personality. If I get a job here I will surely take care of it and make sure to deliver with whatever task I will be assigned.
