My humble career began as a Customer Service Associate. After few years of hardwork, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst which opened the door for me on Admin roles and Adhocs with Data Analysis as my main task.

In my recent role as a Virtual Assistant for a logistics firm, 5,000-6,000 scanned connotes will be upload to MS AX for me to review if the parcels were delivered on time or late. As part of the AR and AP team, I was assigned to enter the correct charges per delivery to generate the company's revenue and, I was allocated to enter the hours that the drivers completed weekly for payroll.
