I have been part of the call center field for almost 2 years, handling Telco account which is TMobile under concentrix. But I have been in the customer service industry for 15 years already handling various positions in hotel, restaurant and retail. I started from ranks and worked my way up to the ladder that gives me chance to see and experience all levels of problems and resolution there is. I focused more on people handling and operations, also handled inventory payroll and some basic manpower recruitment.
