I worked in Call Center for 9 years. I was part of Email and Chat support for almost a year and the rest are Inbound Customer Service. In my most recent job,I became top 1 performer for 3 months and always included in top 10 top performer for almost a year.I became a mentor for new batch for almost 2 months. I don’t have an attendance issue and always punctual. I worked as Customer Service and Technical Support for Harman products such as JBL speakers and headphones. I handled Canada utilities such as gas and electricity. I was part of Customer Service for Australian credit card. I was part of Order Management Team for Cisco products. The account is Business to Business and we are the one who processed customer’s Bulk orders, edit existing orders, expedite, cancellation, etc. I am a hardworking person and always willing to learn.
