Hello! I am Rochelle Fernandez and I am an experienced virtual assistant. Not only have I been one for the past 2 years but my work experience go beyond that. Before being a VA, I worked as a manager in a fortune 500 company specializing in Property and Asset Management where I handled various local and international clients. Before that, I was a Cluster lead handling manpower, building maintenance and operational concerns. In this field, customer service and satisfaction are the top priorities. I also have background in teaching as I have been a College professor for 2 years.
