With over 5 years of professional experience, I bring a strong background in both customer service and virtual assistance. I've spent 2 years and 4 months in the BPO industry, honing my skills as a Customer Service Representative. During this time, I've developed a knack for handling diverse customer needs with efficiency and empathy.

In addition to my BPO experience, I've also spent 4 years assisting various international and local clients as a virtual assistant. A significant part of my role involves managing and maintaining accurate data within CRM tools like Active Campaign and Trello and navigating ERP systems such as Odoo.

Furthermore, I've gained valuable insights into e-commerce management through hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, and WooCommerce, and managing listings on Lazada and Amazon. I thrive on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations in dynamic environments.
