I’ve been in the BPO industry for 3 years now. My first company was Alorica, and my account was T-Mobile Financial Care. Our scope of support was to collect past-due balances from customers while providing excellent customer service. IQOR was my second company, the same as Alorica. I was with T-Mobile, but this time it was Business Care. Aside from collecting balances, we also offer different services such as phone upgrades, selling phone accessories, network troubleshooting, and bill inquiry. My last company was Concentrix, and I’m with OnStar. It has been a work from home setup since the pandemic started. I supported activating vehicles and offering services such as automatic crash response, phone minutes, roadside assistance, and more.
