I'm a professional with over 8 years of experience in the BPO environment with vast experience on different roles and positions. My experience in the BPO goes from being a front-line agent, up to a Senior Team Leader role. I have experience in different LOBs including Voice, Chat and Backoffice support. Also, I have experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator and later on as a Recruitment Manager working with 3 to 5 recruiters and different ATS like Trakstar and Zoho Recruit. My must recent experience is as a Project Coordinator, managing projects from the initial phases to closures. I know how to use different PM tools like Asana, Trello, MS Project. Also, I have experience working with CRMs like Hubspot, I understand how to use all its features including workflows for process automations. My experience with automations include the use of Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate. Last but not least, I have worked under the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS), which gives me a clear path on how to work with small to medium business. As well, I'm in the process of getting my CAPM Certification from the PMI Institute. My end goal is to contribute to the company culture, and increase the performance.
