I am a dynamic and accomplished Senior HR Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Generalist fields. 

I started my Corporate HR journey at Incredible Connection as the National Talent Acquisition Manager, before moving to Nedbank in 2012 as the Recruitment Manager for Retail and Business Banking. I had always wanted to learn more about the HR Generalist world, so I accepted an internal move within Nedbank in 2014 to become a Senior HR Manager. 

I have been consulting since leaving Nedbank in 2019; focusing on Advisory Services, HR Projects and Outplacement Programmes (Retrenchment support for companies embarking on Section 189 of the South African Labour Relations Act).
