I am a dynamic IT professional with 8 months of experience in Technical Support and over 3 years of experience in Project Management (PMO). My background has helped me build strong skills in both the technical and management sides of the IT field. I have learned how to solve problems efficiently, communicate clearly, and work effectively with different teams to achieve goals.

In my Technical Support role, I handled various tasks such as troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I made sure that problems were resolved quickly to reduce downtime and improve user satisfaction. I also documented issues carefully and worked closely with other departments to find long-term solutions. This experience helped me improve my technical knowledge and understand the importance of accuracy, communication, and teamwork in providing good service.

Alongside my technical experience, I also have a solid background in Project Management. For more than three years as a PMO professional, I managed different initiatives under our long term project from start to finish. I made sure that all goals were achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. My duties included planning initiatives, process enhancement and documentation, tracking progress, managing risks, and preparing reports for stakeholders. I learned how to prioritize tasks, adapt to changes, and ensure that teams stayed focused and motivated.

Risk management and stakeholder communication have also been important parts of my work. I always try to identify possible problems early and find solutions before they affect the project. I believe open and honest communication helps keep everyone informed and ensures that the team and stakeholders work together toward a common goal.
