I have over 25 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry, where I worked as an Assistant Service Manager and Service Technician. I have extensive knowledge and technical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair. After leaving the automotive industry I studied Information Technology at El Camino College obtaining a graded certificate of completing 600 hours within 1 year. During my studies I was employed at Walmart eCommerce Distribution as a floor associate loading trailers with product ordered online. Changing positions from a equipment operator to asset protection introduced myself handing sensitive vendor, employee & Walmart operation information.
