Cold Caller for a Real Estate Company

I call American Home Owners that possibly want to sell their house. And give an End of Day report to the following: Number of clients called, Number of Hot Leads, Note the important factors of the Home Owners during the call, Time Spent Calling.

Quality Assurance

• Record the history of the task of all Virtual Assistant (VA).
• Create a SOP violation if the the VA violates any SOP process.
• Report the violation of the VA to their Account Manager for investigation.
• Help the Account Managers survey their Time Zones for any new task or new message from the client.
• Create an END of Day report to what have transpired during the shift.

Admin Assistant

• Communicate/ Coach the VA regarding their SOP violation.
• Respond to client message.
• Update the clients hours on a daily basis.
• Update the VA hours on a weekly basis.
• Update the Team's report weekly on (Attendance, Internet Outage, Power Outage, Sick Leave, No Show)
