I worked in BPO industry for 6 years. I worked for a mortgage company as an insurance analyst where I manage insurance requirements of different commercial properties for their mortgage and insurance needs. I also worked as a customer service assistant for a healthcare account where customers ask for their healthcare benefits, payments and billing concerns and a lot more. I have also done a lot of human resource support to payroll. I have managed payroll and employees company information and upload them on company's database. After 2 months, I was promoted to quality assurance to that same account. I also worked as a customer support to online shopping website, handled emails and order processing and later on as a project support to an e-commerce account doing product listing, product description, branding, content moderation and similar roles. I've handled back-office support, nonvoice and voice accounts.
