• Successfully led a technology carve-out, achieving M&A driven IT independence (including SAP) under an aggressive timeline
• Led a technical program consolidating corporate banking portals, achieving regulatory compliance across 16 jurisdictions, delivering a scalable unified platform for 300,000 users and completing 32 key launches in 10 months
• Directed an infrastructure data centre program for the largest Telco in Australia, delivering on schedule and within budget
• Led a security uplift initiative across an international Bank’s retail systems, strengthening identity, cyber, service continuity and data protections, and establishing compliance controls with seamless service
• Oversaw a portfolio of 90 projects modernising Wholesale banking systems following regulatory oversight
• Managed an infrastructure uplift program, delivering the Southern Hemisphere’s largest mainframe installation and a significant virtualisation program
