I have worked in the field of customer service for almost 10 years. At first, I worked in 2 different call center companies taking inbound calls and as an email representative for clients mostly from the US. I handled a travel and telecommunications account. I did complaint handling, payment collections, travel itinerary planning, changing and cancelling of travel plans, basic troubleshooting and sales. After which, I worked as a Guest Service Agent and a Reservation Agent in a hotel. Still in line with customer service, however this time its customer facing. I still take calls and did emails from guest and travel agencies regarding making, changing, cancelling reservations and complaint handling. My last working experience is with an airline as a Customer Service Agent handling checking-in, boarding customers, complaint handling and did some back office jobs as well editing flights, making briefing sheets and flight profile and monitoring the catering of meals for a flight. I was able to travel as well so I can help regarding travel planning.
All of the skills I gained from my worked experience can be used for any virtual assistant, email/chat representative and data entry jobs. I am active as well in social media so I can take jobs as social media advertiser and writer. I can do online teaching English since I have been using the language both speaking and writing on a daily basis for my job. I am open for training to improve my skills and to try something new.
