I possess 5 years of experience as a Customer Service/Team Manager in a BPO Industry. I also possess 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant of an Amazon FBA seller. 

I worked as a Customer Service/Team Manager of an online retail platform, Aliexpress. I handled 25 direct reports. We assist our customers in searching products and ordering through email and chat. We handle 4 chats at the same time offering excellent customer service.

I also worked as a real estate Virtual Assistant. I was a Utility Coordinator and a lead generator. As a Utility Coordinator, I process the utilities of the properties, call tenants and homeowners to make sure utilities are connected. As a lead generator, I find leads(homeowners who are interested to sell their properties and landlords who are interested to rent their properties).

In addition, I worked as a Virtual Assistant/Team Lead of an Amazon FBA seller. I handled 5 direct reports. My task includes finding suppliers or leads where we can carry their brand in our store. I do product sourcing, evaluate products to see if they are profitable. Managing prices in Bqool and Managing orders in Seller central.
