I’m Rizza, an E-commerce Virtual Assistant with a strong background in online business operations and product research. With more than four years of combined experience in the e-commerce industry, I have developed a wide range of skills that allow me to handle store management, product listing, customer service, and inventory coordination with confidence and accuracy.

Over the past three years, I have worked as an E-commerce VA, gaining hands-on experience across multiple platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and Faire. My work has involved managing product catalogs, monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and fulfillment teams. I also have a year of solid experience in Amazon product research, where I focused on identifying profitable products, analyzing market trends, and applying strategies to maximize visibility and sales potential.

I thrive in structured systems and efficient workflows, which is why I also enjoy creating SOPs, streamlining processes, and organizing data to keep operations running seamlessly.
